Ever is an initiative of Yuma Labs.

Yuma Labs is a pioneer in the eyewear industry for its sustainable designs and innovative circular approach. We have been putting our experience into practice since 2015 by producing circular eyewear for national and international fashion brands.

We work for brands like Christian Wijnants, Filippa K, COS, Samsoe Samsoe, Nathalie Vleeschouwer, Henrik Vibskov, Clare V, Florentina Leitner, Mini Rodini, Filou en Friends, The Animals Observatory, Runners’ lab, Lazy Oaf and many others.

We realized that the eyewear industry, like many others, was contributing to a linear economy - producing, using, and discarding. Lenses, frames, and components that no longer served their purpose ended up in landfills, polluting our planet. We knew there had to be a better way, a circular way.

And so, Ever was born. It's not just a brand; it's a movement, a revolution in the eyewear industry. We envisioned a global network dedicated to the collection of "waste" in the eyewear world. Our goal was clear - to ensure that resources are not wasted, but reused, recycled and reintegrated into the value chain.

Our mission is simple: to make a positive change for our planet and turn optical waste into new stylish glasses.

Our first step in this exciting journey is to gather as much optical waste as possible, from old frames to unused materials. Once collected, we separate the glasses that are still too good to recycle and donate them to the Eyes for the World project. The other parts will be meticulously shredded into pieces, carefully separating the various materials. But here's where the magic happens – we transform these recycled materials into brand-new acetate sheets. With these sheets, we'll craft exceptional, one-of-a-kind sunglasses that not only look fantastic but also carry a meaningful environmental message.
